A European spec 911 S Targa manufactured in August 1967 supplied new by Hahn Stuttgart GMBH, Germany. Exported to Canada in late ’67 the Targa S would remain in North America with a colourful life including some racing history. Discovered by the current owner in Canada the 911 was imported to the UK where Autofarm set about a full restoration carefully retaining or reinstating the interesting features unique to this model year Targa. Accompanied by a large history file including Porsche COA, ownership history, original service book and a wealth of invoices detailing the fastidious restoration.  

Specifications

This 911 S Soft window Targa was delivered new finished in Tangerine paint with black leatherette interior. It retains its original numbers matching engine block and many original features unique to this model year including the ‘soft’ rear window.  

European spec, German delivered left-hand drive 911 S Targa finished in original colours with Tangerine paint and black leatherette interior.

Residing in Canada for many years before being imported into the UK then fastidiously restored by Autofarm in 2017.

A ground-up restoration striking the perfect balance between preservation and restoration refurbishing where possible and painstakingly sourcing correct parts.

The overhauled, matching numbers engine features some performance upgrades from the cars racing history in Canada. 

Accompanied by a large history file including Porsche COA, ownership history, original service book and a wealth of invoices detailing the restoration.

Magazine featured in GT Porsche, May 2020 where the car is hailed for an exacting restoration retaining original features and character, a credit to the owner and Autofarm.
